Jennifer-Lee’s work with our organization has been and continues to be transformational.

Jennifer-Lee’s work with our organization has been and continues to be transformational. Her skills and insight have supported us individually so that collectively we can meet the needs of the people we serve.  As an Indigenous led and serving organization existing in systems that weren't made for us, it has been absolutely necessary and critical for us to do this work with her.  We have developed deeper listening skills, given more space to acknowledge difficult things, personally and structurally, and have grown stronger together.

With deep gratitude and appreciation.

I’m constantly blown away during and after my sessions with Jenlee.

I’m constantly blown away during and after my sessions with Jenlee. I feel seen and listened to authentically because we take on what’s coming up in the moment; physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

It’s super healing for me as an Indigenous woman to work with an Indigenous woman who is reflecting on me without me needing to teach or educate on my existence as an Indigenous woman.

But Jenlee is also a gifted healer who happens to be a therapist because she is intuitive, grounded, and skilled in working with the subtleties of emotions.

I’m so grateful for the support and guidance I receive from Jenlee as I feel it has significantly improved my well-being by having this support.

If you have a chance to work with JenLee, then you are lucky.

Jennifer Lee holds a powerful space for white bodied therapists to gather and reflect.

Jennifer Lee holds a powerful space for white bodied therapists to gather and reflect. She is caring and fierce in her facilitation and offers deep insight at every gathering. Being a part of her circles is a highlight in my month and I would recommend her to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of how to work in an effective and just way in the world.

As a BIPOC counsellor, working with Jenlee as my counselling supervisor has been a true blessing

As a BIPOC counsellor, working with Jenlee as my counselling supervisor has been a true blessing. I didn’t know what it could truly feel like to work through a decolonized lens—until I began working with her. With Jenlee, I’ve found a safe, non-judgmental space where human experiences are met with openness and care. I feel supported not just intellectually, but somatically, and that embodied sense of safety continues to guide me in holding space for my clients with greater grounding, compassion, and authenticity.

The power and impact of working with Jennifer-Lee is that she is living the practice, the work alongside and with you

The power and impact of working with Jennifer-Lee is that she is living the practice, the work alongside and with you. Her leadership is in her embodied and vulnerable authenticity.  She is not trying to “teach” but more sharing her lived experience transparently and inviting others into that shared practice.  My ability to channel liberation work into my therapeutic work with clients with heart, with relationality, and with humility has been profound for my own healing and for that of my clients as well.

Being in Circle with Jennifer-Lee has felt like receiving a kind of permission I didn’t know I needed—a permission to unapologetically exist as whole.

Being in Circle with Jennifer-Lee has felt like receiving a kind of permission I didn’t know I needed—a permission to unapologetically exist as whole. As a mixed-race Indigenous woman who is often assumed to be white, I’ve learned to mask parts of myself to stay safe—to navigate racism, assumptions, and appropriation. For so long, naming my Indigeneity came with fear and the pressure to explain or ease others’ discomfort. With Jennifer-Lee, I’ve experienced what it feels like to be witnessed without needing to apologize, justify, or translate. Our conversations return me to something deeper than identity—there is room to reconnect to Land and ancestors in a way I don’t have to earn, prove, or explain. The experience is one of remembering wholeness through truth, kinship, pain and laughter. It’s the most potent medicine in these times.
